Hey Guys
I’m DJ Abbey I might be fairly new to the world of radio but I love to share my voice and encourage others. I joined Rockin Waves in 2017 after meeting Chris and discovering just how much I missed my public speaking outlet. I am currently a freshman in college studying Special Education. I have Cerebral Palsy and severe Bilateral Hearing Loss but I don’t let my struggles get me down.
I have many diverse interests including art, dance, horseback riding, writing, graphic design and of course radio. My show often consists of pop and country music as well as wholesome discussions about love, faith, hardships and just plain everyday life. I have the greatest respect for my fellow DJs here on Rockin Waves and can’t wait to get to know you all a bit better in the coming year.
I apologize in advance for all the shows I will inevitably miss due to medical complications, however I will do my best and I hope you will all come along on this journey with me.
