This is the first time Frog Design's "Wavy" design is seen and is an update to the 486 v2 Design. It used the same chassis as the earlier 4x4s, but was updated to include the FOT logo and the new waves design, but the colors were not finalized at this stage. The wave color was later changed to a grey color that was used from 1995-1998.
This case design was also used by Zenith Data Systems for their desktop computers. Little is known about the Zenith models.
