Batman Cartoon Maker was a game bundled with Packard Bell computers from 1996 to 1997. The game was published by Knowledge Adventure and allowed children to create their own cartoons featuring Batman. You could add your own background, music, and characters, and even record your own voice.
Batman Cartoon Maker is the same as Spiderman Cartoon maker except that the interface controls are a different color.
