This is a Corner Desktop, which uses the well-recognized "Frog Design" design. The case may also possibly be identified as a "PB2000." It includes a single 3.5" floppy drive and a single CD-ROM drive - as well as an empty 5.25" drive bay.
It is unknown why it was shaped like this, as the cables would prevent it from sitting flush against the wall. Additionally, the design seems inconvenient due to the opposite positions of the floppy and CD-ROM drives. However, it is very sought after though due to its rarity!
