This is the 2x2 Desktop (not to be confused with an earlier 2x2 that was Pre-Frog), sometimes called the 'Designer Desktop' as it shares design aspects with the Designer Tower such as the molded floppy drive, and beveled out power/reset/lights area.
We're unsure if this model ever made it to production or retail.
