This is Packard Bell's Designer Tower, also known as the Pizza Box. It uses the well-recognized "Frog Design" design.
It includes a single 3.5" floppy, and most commonly a single CD-ROM leaving two empty 5.25" Drive Bays.
Sometimes it is seen with two CD-ROMs or a single CD-ROM and a 100MB Zip Drive
This was used for Packard Bells higher end designs such as the Platinum/Platinum Pro series, occasionally you may see a Multimedia or Legend/Legend Supreme in a designer tower, but this is rare.
