Navigator 1.2, also known as Navigator Indeo Video Edition was a minor modification to Navigator 1.1M. It added a video start-up screen instead of the static Packard Bell picture. Packard Bell used this to show off their machines new Indeo video support. Sadly, although you can skip the video, it can not be totally disabled without disabling all of navigator, so it gets quite annoying.
